Breathe
*This class is an optional part of the lunch-class, you do not need to book in order to join* The breath - the constant companion from the moment we are born to the moment we pass. Yes sweet peach, breath matters. Someone once said that all of us are born with a certain number of breaths, and as we breathe fuller and deeper - making those breaths longer and meaningful - we therefore live longer. The practice of breath can also reduce stress and anxiety; promote restful sleep; ease pain; increase attention and focus; and, on a more subtle level, help connect to a calm, quiet place within in order to experience greater clarity and well-being in life. Groovy, ey? What to expect: BREATHING consciously.Show more
Breathwork
Some days you need putting back together. Some days you need waking up. This one does both. We start slow — arriving, settling, expanding, setting an intention. Then things pick up: faster, fuller breathing, breath holds, tingling hands, heat, maybe a rush of energy you didn’t know was in there. We land, let the breath settle and let your system catch up. You’ll walk out lighter and more awake than you came in. No experience needed, but if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor first.Show more

Coffee Meditation - Birthday Bash
Coffee as meditation? Yes, Yemen! Let’s go back to coffee’s roots while also discovering more about ourselves. Because did you know that this is actually how it all began? According to historical accounts, coffee’s spread from its country of origin, Ethiopia, is linked to Sufi monks in Yemen who were looking for a meditative drink to strengthen their spiritual connection in the monastery. During this activity, we explore what simple elements of mindfulness can add to our everyday experience of one of the most sacred things a Swede can experience — the coffee break! Could coffee actually become our meditation? For me, the answer is an obvious “Yes!” Whether it’s a quick espresso or a slow-brewed coffee, the “bean moment” can help us clear our minds and gain more energy and clarity — far beyond caffeine’s natural effects on our brains.Show more

Guasha & Yin Yoga - Birthday Bash
This class combines two practices that share the same intention: to slow down, soften, and create space for the body to restore itself. Both Guasha and Yin Yoga work with the body's connective tissues, our fascia and meridian pathways described in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Guasha gently stimulates these pathways through strokes, while Yin Yoga reaches them from within by holding passive postures for several minutes, allowing the fascia to soften and the body to release tension. We will start with a Guasha sequence for the face, followed by gentle work on the feet and lower legs, with special attention to the Kidney meridian—traditionally associated with vitality, restoration, and deep rest. We then move inward with Yin Yoga, inviting stillness and deeper relaxation. Benefits of Guasha can include: • release tension in the face, jaw, and neck • improve circulation and lymphatic flow • calm the nervous system • encourage deeper sleep and relaxation • support muscle recoveryShow more
