Yoga Kalika

Yoga Kalika is located in Lilla Essingen in Stockholm and offers a wide range of movement, relaxation and wellbeing under one roof. The offering covers yoga classes for children from the age of three, bodyweight pilates, and massage treatments including classic massage, lymphatic massage, deep tissue massage, Ayurvedic massage and pregnancy massage.

In addition, there are singing bowl meditation sessions, therapy conversations and piano lessons for the youngest. BarnYoga is held in small groups on Tuesdays and is adapted according to age, while the pilates classes run as a four-week course starting in the evenings.
