Yoga med Viveka

Yoga med Viveka is an online yoga platform founded by Viveka Pasquier, one of Sweden's most experienced kundalini yoga teachers, with over 30 years of practice and more than 25 years as a trainer. Since 2000 she has trained approximately 900 yoga teachers in Sweden and internationally, and is the founder of Kundaliniyoga Institutet and Stockholm Kundaliniyoga Center.

The platform offers weekly yoga classes, ongoing 40-day meditation programmes and monthly Yogatalks — all as live streams with the option to watch replays afterwards. The classes combine physical exercises, breathing exercises, relaxation, meditation and yogic philosophy. In addition to the training content, Viveka offers coaching sessions and yoga therapy for those seeking support through life crises, stress or personal change. The wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) can be used towards the subscriptions.

The subscriptions are divided into four tiers: Meditationer (149 kr/month), Yogatalks (149 kr/month), Yogaklasser (299 kr/month) and the combined Essential package (399 kr/month), which includes all three types of content. All subscriptions come with a 14-day free trial period and no minimum commitment. Viveka also hosts the podcast Frekvens Yoga together with the artist Dijle Neva Yigitbas.
