Yogaland - Stockholms Medicinska Yogaklinik

Yogaland is a yoga studio located in Vällingby in western Stockholm, focusing on health, recovery and stress reduction. The studio's philosophy treats yoga as a therapeutic tool rather than a performance-oriented form of exercise, and the studio has been running its own research project on yoga and stress since 2011. Several of the concepts have also been tested in research settings at Karolinska Institutet and Danderyds sjukhus.

The timetable includes Kundaliniyoga, Medicinsk yoga and Yoga mot stress, among other classes, catering to both beginners and experienced practitioners, including those with chronic pain or stiff joints. Live music and sound are used as a complement during sessions to support the nervous system and deepen relaxation. Advance booking is not required for the regular classes.
