Yogabolaget

Yogabolaget in Åkersberga is a yoga studio with a broad offering aimed at everyone regardless of experience level.

The timetable includes, among other things, Yinyoga with Yoga Nidra, Medicinsk yoga, Ryggyoga, Hatha Flow, Hatha Soft, Yogalates, Somamove, Pilates and Yinyoga with Soundhealing — classes ranging from calmer and more restorative formats to more physically demanding sessions.

The classes are colour-coded in the timetable to help visitors find the right level, and the number of participants per class is limited to ensure plenty of space in the spacious premises. Red light therapy is also offered as a complement to training.

What sets the studio apart is the combination of medical yoga and more movement-based formats, as well as the fact that everything you need for class — mats and other equipment — can be borrowed on site. Booking is done via the app Zoezi and cancellations must be made no later than six hours before the class.
