YogaCare

YogaCare is a small yoga studio in Södra Ängby in Bromma, run by Anna Elinder, with a focus on recovery, stress management and gentle movement. The offering includes classes in MediYoga, yin yoga and gentle yoga, as well as guided breathing sessions, yoga massage and movement breaks. In addition to the studio classes, 1:1 sessions, online courses and retreats are available — among them a recurring VårRetreat in Lövstabruk.

Classes are held in small groups to create a personal and safe atmosphere, and Anna leads all teaching herself. The style is calm and adapted to participants' individual circumstances rather than performance-oriented.
