Kroppsverkstan & Yogarummet Bagarmossen

Kroppsverkstan & Yogarummet Bagarmossen is a fitness facility located at Lagaplan 1 in Bagarmossen, southern Stockholm. The facility is part of a small chain with additional locations in Björkhagen and Hammarbyhöjden, and offers a wide range of both yoga and group fitness classes under one roof.

The timetable covers a variety of classes for different levels and target groups, including hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, restorative yoga, pilates, spinning, zumba and circuit training. In addition to drop-in classes, courses are offered for children and young people, pregnant women, seniors and beginners, as well as workshops and events. Personal training and treatments such as massage and naprapathy are also available through the chain's other facilities.

The business emphasises accessibility and breadth — the aim is for everyone to be able to afford to exercise and for there to be something for each person regardless of background or experience level. The wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) is accepted and booking is done via the in-house booking system Zoezi. The premises can also be hired for external activities.
