Yogayama Sjöstaden

Yogayama is an established yoga school in Östermalm, Stockholm, with an address at Jungfrugatan 8. The studio has been running since 2005 and offers a wide range of yoga classes as well as treatments including acupuncture, Ayurvedic treatments, classic treatments and beauty care.

The focus is on staying close to yoga's original tradition, with experienced teachers who have a deep understanding of both the physical practice and yogic philosophy. In addition to the regular class programme, Yogayama offers teacher training at 200h and 500h, e-learning, corporate yoga and thematic programmes such as Yogayama Care – including an in-depth programme on menopause and women's health. The studio also has a shop and restaurant on site.
