Yogena, Södermalm Iyengaryoga Studio

Yogena is a dedicated Iyengar yoga studio on Södermalm in Stockholm, with a focus on anatomically correct hatha yoga and mindful movement.

The offering includes regular Iyengar yoga classes both online and in person, a Beginners' Course in Iyengar Yoga, a Beginners' Course in Iyengar Yoga for Athletes, Pregnancy Yoga, and theme-based workshops such as Neck, Shoulders and the Nervous System.
