Allegro School of Gymnastics is a British Gymnastics-affiliated club founded in 2015 by Head Coach Samantha Lomax. Based primarily at Newstead Woods Sports Centre with a second permanent location at Bromley Football Club, Allegro offers recreational, squad, pre-school and advanced gymnastics classes six days a week for children from walking age up to 18.
Disciplines include General Gymnastics, Women's Artistic, Acrobatics, Tumbling, FreeG and Pre-School gymnastics. Both boys and girls are welcome, with classes organised by school year group.
The club is known for its skilled, caring coaching team — many of whom are former gymnasts or gymnastics parents — and its emphasis on teaching technique correctly, with skill, precision and confidence.
