Ambition Personal Training is a boutique fitness studio in the heart of Lichfield, run by trainer Raul Romero. The studio offers 1:1 personal training, duo sessions, small group training and a range of classes including Weight Training, Super Circuit, TRX Strength and Yoga Flow.
