Lichfield Health & Fitness Club is the largest independent gym in Lichfield, spanning over 20,000 square feet. The facility features more than 150 pieces of state-of-the-art equipment, 4 dedicated studios including a ladies-only studio, a Warehouse strength training area, and a Fitrox functional training zone.
Members can choose from over 80 classes per week — including Bootcamp, Circuits, HIIT, Pilates, Spin, Kombat, Bums & Tums, and Core — led by a passionate team of qualified instructors and personal trainers. The club is a registered Hammer Strength Training Centre and also offers Gracie Barra Jiu-Jitsu.
Monthly rolling memberships with no long-term contracts make it easy to get started.
