Arvo is a neighbourhood sauna, cold plunge and studio in Walthamstow, E17, inspired by Australian coastal bathhouses. The space offers two traditional Finnish saunas (one social, one silent, both 80–90°C), three ice baths at 5°C, 7°C and 10°C, and a small infrared studio capped at 8 people per class.

Classes include hot vinyasa, hot hatha, vinyasa, mat pilates and breathwork — designed to complement the heat and cold next door. Founded by Jody and Will, arvo is built for anyone who needs a pause from city life: no crowds, no notifications, just warmth, water and quiet connection.
