Wildheat Sauna is a mobile wood-fired sauna experience based in London, designed for open-water swimmers, cold plungers, and wellness seekers.
Founded by a passionate winter swimmer, the service offers sauna and cold plunge sessions at lakeside locations (including regular Sunset Sauna Sessions at Luxborough Lake), as well as private hire for homes, gardens, events, festivals, and retreats. Sessions promote deep relaxation, faster recovery, and overall wellbeing through the combination of heat and cold water therapy.
