Atlantic Martial Arts Club is a traditional Ju Jitsu and self-defence club based in Timperley, Trafford, welcoming beginners and experienced martial artists since 1968. The club teaches Kempo Ju Jitsu — a fusion of Aikido, Judo and traditional Japanese Ju Jitsu — including blocking, striking, joint-locks, throws, ground-fighting and grappling.

Students also learn traditional weapons kata using Nunchaku, Jo staff and Bokken, as well as practical self-defence techniques. Classes are held every Tuesday evening from 7:30–9:30pm.
