Founded by former international amateur and champion professional boxer Steve Bendall, Bendall's Boxing is a dedicated boxing gym in Poole designed to leave you feeling strong, focused and sharp. The gym offers classes for all levels — from Kids and Beginners to White Collar and Advanced Fighters — covering shadow boxing, bag work, pad work, strength and cardio.

A standout offering is Bendall's Rumble, a 40-minute high-intensity boxing fitness class set to music by international DJ Jay Rachet, combining punch combinations with functional exercises in a nightclub-inspired atmosphere. The gym also features a weights and fitness area and is available for private hire or 1-on-1 tuition.
