Bfit Pilates offers mat and reformer Pilates classes across Titchfield, Stubbington and Portchester, led by Body Control Pilates qualified teacher Sylvia. Group mat classes cater for all levels from beginners to improvers, with a maximum of twelve participants to ensure personalised attention.
Reformer Pilates sessions are tailored to individual goals in a focused, one-to-one environment. The teaching approach is person-centred, non-judgemental and adaptive, with a keen eye on posture and alignment throughout every class.
