Founded in Edinburgh in 2007, Blue Sky Pilates is one of the city's few fully equipped Pilates studios, offering a personalised, results-driven approach to movement and rehabilitation.

The studio follows the true Pilates method using a full range of equipment — not just reformers — and combines Clinical Pilates, private and duet sessions, studio circuit and mat classes with holistic and remedial therapies.

The experienced team supports clients with back pain, disc injuries, osteoporosis, hip and knee replacements, sports injuries and restricted movement, helping them move pain-free, build strength and find confidence.
