Blue Wave Taekwondo, founded in 2005 by Andrew Keogh, offers Taekwondo and self-defence classes for all ages in Washington, Tyne and Wear. Programmes range from the Titans class for 4–6 year olds, Taekwondo Juniors (7–11), Cadets (12–17), and a Junior ASD Class, through to Adult Martial Arts and a Ladies Only programme (14+).
Training emphasises personal development, confidence, discipline, fitness and real-world self-defence skills.
