Master Cook's Martial Arts is a traditional ITF Taekwon-Do academy based in East Boldon and Gateshead, North East England. The club offers classes for all ages and abilities, covering traditional Taekwon-Do techniques, self-defence, competition training, and fitness.
With two locations — East Boldon Martial Arts and Master Cook's School of Taekwon-Do in Gateshead — the academy provides Mixed Classes (ages 6+), Kids Classes (ages 4–12), and Higher Grade Classes (1st degree and above). Instructors are highly experienced, with Master Cook having trained with the founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi, on numerous occasions.
