Cargo Gym is Eastbourne's only permanent outdoor gym, offering a range of fitness classes to suit all abilities at The Saffrons. Owners Cherri, Jack and the Cargo team provide small-group outdoor sessions — including Strength, Circuits, Zone Fit and Cargo Power — designed to improve physical fitness and overall wellbeing in the great outdoors.
