MetamorFIT is a friendly independent gym in Eastbourne, established in 2008, offering free weights, cardio, fixed resistance machines, functional training, personal training, a supplement and health food shop, and therapies and treatments. Owners Adrian and Paul keep membership numbers deliberately limited to ensure a great workout even at peak times.

The gym is also the primary hub for Drug Free All-Round Weightlifting coaching and competition, affiliated with the International All Round Weightlifting Association (IAWA).
