Caveman Conditioning® is a community-driven, coach-led fitness training company based in Milton Keynes. Combining the best scientific training methods with fundamental human movement, the studio offers group training sessions (Caveman Indoor/Outdoor, Lift, Metabolic, Yoga), personal training, and Cave Kids & Academy programmes.
Founded by Stuart Dorrill (MSc, BSc in Strength & Conditioning), the ethos is about long-term, sustainable health — not quick fixes. Members enjoy a tight-knit community, highly qualified coaches, and a welcoming culture where training hard and having fun go hand in hand.
