CFB Bathgate is a strength & conditioning gym and functional fitness community based in Bathgate, owned by Damian and Joseph Duffin. Founded in 2008, they coach adults, youths and children from all backgrounds, offering daily group workouts, personal training, couples training, team/club S&C sessions, and kids' fitness classes.
The coaching team brings decades of experience including over 10 years coaching in Scandinavia and across Europe, with a strong focus on teamwork, camaraderie and community.
