Drop Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in East Belfast offering small-group reformer, mat and hot mat Pilates classes. With just 5 reformers and 5 mats, every session is intentionally intimate, allowing for personalised guidance, hands-on support and thoughtful corrections from experienced teachers.
Classes cater to all levels, including pre-natal and men's sessions, with a focus on strength, control and intelligent movement.
