Dynamo is a multi-award winning strength training gym in Brighton offering a unique semi-private training model. Sessions are capped at just 6 people, with every member receiving a bespoke workout tailored to their individual goals and ability.
Expert coaches oversee every session, and membership includes regular one-to-one progress reviews, input from a physiotherapist and a mental health expert, and access to two fully equipped strength gyms on the same site. A supportive, inclusive community is at the heart of everything Dynamo does.
