With a bold, atmospheric aesthetic — black walls, red lighting and hanging plants — the studio offers a range of reformer-based classes from gentle introductory flows through to advanced and strength-focused sessions, plus dedicated women-only and men-only classes and private 1:1 or 2:1 sessions.
The ethos centres on becoming 'one percent better every day', supporting members on good days and hard days alike.
