Emily Rose Yoga & Co. is a yoga and life coaching practice founded by Emily Rose Cooper, a 500hr and Trauma-Informed certified yoga teacher based in Iowa City, IA. Drawing from her own transformative journey, Emily offers group yoga classes, private sessions, meditation, breathwork, and empowerment coaching programs for all bodies and backgrounds.

Her approach centres on presence over perfection, somatic tools, mindset work, and helping people reconnect with their inner power and purpose.
