Empire Fitness is a two-floor gym set in an industrial unit in Christchurch, offering a large selection of plate- and pin-loaded machines focused on individual muscle groups. The gym opens up to an outside area for a unique training experience away from mainstream commercial gyms.
Facilities include two luxury shower rooms, lockers, a sunbed, and a range of protein snacks, drinks, supplements and tanning accelerators. Members enjoy 24/7 access, and the gym fosters a supportive community of like-minded people focused on physique training.
