Fight Club Academy is an independent self-defence training academy specialising in the Israeli Krav Maga system. Krav Maga (Hebrew for 'contact combat') was originally developed in Israel and taught to the IDF by founder Imi Lichtenfeld. The system has been adapted for everyday civilian use and is suitable for women, men and children of any age or size.
Classes run weekly in Bishop's Stortford (Tuesdays 8:15–9:15 pm) and Hoddesdon at Mayhem Theatre Arts studios (Thursdays 7:45–8:45 pm).
