Loong Fu is a full-time martial arts school based in Waltham Cross with decades of experience teaching traditional Kung Fu to people of all ages in a safe and friendly environment. The school teaches the complete system of Hung Gar Kung Fu and Tai Chi, and is the official UK representative of the world-renowned Lam Family Hung Kuen.

Classes are welcoming and beginner-friendly, suitable for all regardless of age, gender, race or physical ability. The curriculum includes Adults Kung Fu, Kids Kung Fu, Ladies-Only Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Private Lessons, all taught by Sifu Leon Dogan. The school also has a Lion Dance team and offers online lessons.
