FIGHTFiiT is a personal MMA and combat sports coaching service founded by Greig Stirling in 2018, operating in Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as online worldwide.

Drawing on disciplines including Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Catch Wrestling, Judo and Taekwondo, Greig offers individually tailored programmes for everyone from complete beginners to professional fighters.

Sessions cover technique, strength and conditioning, speed training, and mindset coaching, with offerings ranging from 1-on-1 personal training and group combat conditioning classes to an 8-week Fight Camp programme.
