FIGHTFiiT is a complete Mixed Martial Arts solution based in Glasgow and Edinburgh, founded by coach Greig Stirling. Since 2017, FIGHTFiiT has helped hundreds of people improve as fighters, athletes and performers through individually tailored programmes.

Disciplines covered include Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo and Taekwondo, blended into an MMA coaching approach. Services range from 1-on-1 personal training and group combat conditioning classes to an intensive 8-week Fight Camp programme, as well as online coaching for clients worldwide.

Sessions are designed for all levels — complete beginners through to professional fighters.
