Drawing on disciplines including Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, BJJ, Wrestling, Judo and Taekwondo, Greig delivers highly personalised 1-on-1 sessions, group combat conditioning classes, trial sessions and an intensive 8-week Fight Camp programme.

Catering to everyone from absolute beginners to professional fighters, FIGHTFiiT blends technical striking and grappling work with strength and conditioning, speed training and mindset coaching. Sessions are held at outdoor locations in Glasgow and Edinburgh, with online coaching available to clients worldwide.
