Fircombe Fitness is a private personal training gym set in the Hampshire countryside, run by Tony Yelding — a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience. Tony works one-to-one with clients of all abilities, from teenagers to those in their 80s, in a custom-built gym where only one client uses the space at a time.

Sessions are fully tailored using cardio, resistance, stretching and conditioning techniques. The gym includes a private shower and changing room, and the peaceful rural setting adds an inspiring backdrop to every workout.
