Formae Pilates

Formae Pilates is a boutique Reformer and Mat Pilates studio opening in St Albans in September 2026. With a team of experienced instructors — some with nearly 30 years in the industry — the studio offers classes for all levels, ages and life stages, including beginners, intermediate, advanced, pre- and post-natal, over-60s, menopause, and sport-specific programmes.

The studio's philosophy centres on purpose, precision and passion, combining deep core work, alignment, breathwork and mindful movement. New clients can start with a £15 taster session or a five-week Foundations course before joining the regular timetable.
