Gedling Ballet School is a friendly, nurturing RAD-registered ballet school based in Gedling, Nottingham, established in 1985. The school follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examination syllabus for ballet and Rambert Grades for contemporary dance, offering classes for all ages and abilities — from Under 5s through to Advanced level.
Examinations are available but not compulsory; the school places equal importance on enjoyment and appreciation of dance as both a physical activity and an expressive art form. Free taster lessons are available for newcomers.
