Hercules Gym has been serious about training since opening in Telford in 1995. This free weights gym offers a light and spacious 3,250 sq ft training floor packed with hand-picked equipment — from Olympic bars, power racks and dumbbells up to 70 kg, to rare plate-loaded isolateral and vintage Nautilus machines. Two former Mr Britain winners train here.
The environment is clean, friendly and ego-free, with personal trainers available and free nutrition and workout-plan advice for all members.
