Whether you're a complete beginner, dealing with back, neck, shoulder or knee pain, or simply want to move with greater ease and confidence, Irina's precise, alignment-focused approach provides a calm and supportive space to progress at your own pace.

Options include small group classes (Wednesday–Saturday at 9:30 am), private 1:1 sessions, partner yoga, and workplace yoga for businesses in Solihull and Birmingham. All props are provided in the light-filled home studio.
