Movement & Mind is a Tantric yoga studio based in Solihull and Birmingham, led by teacher Andy (Yogi Andi). Classes draw on the classical tradition of Kashmir Shaivism, weaving together āsana, breathwork, meditation, mantra and philosophy to offer yoga as a complete psycho-spiritual practice — not just a physical workout.

Sessions are held at True Fitness in Olton on Monday evenings, at Resorts World Birmingham on Saturday mornings, and in Elmdon Park on Wednesday evenings. One-to-one sessions, mantra workshops, corporate yoga and online satsang recordings are also available. All levels are welcome, and the community is described as friendly and inclusive.
