The Isle of Wight's first and only comprehensive Clinical Pilates studio, established over 28 years ago. Specialising in Clinical Pilates, Sports Rehabilitation, and pre/post-operative care, the centre works closely with medical professionals and orthopaedic specialists.
Sessions range from 1:1 consultations and clinical studio circuits using full Pilates apparatus (reformer, cadillac, chair) to group matwork classes. The highly experienced team of BCPA Master teachers and sports therapists offer tailored programmes for injury rehabilitation, surgical recovery, and general fitness.
