Iyengar Yoga Studio West Bridgford - Nottingham

Iyengar Yoga Studio West Bridgford is a fully equipped, light and airy dedicated Iyengar yoga studio in Lady Bay, Nottingham, co-led by Senior Iyengar Teacher Isabel Jones Fielding and Intermediate Teacher Geoffrey Fielding.

The studio offers six weekly in-person classes and four live online classes catering to all levels — from complete beginners and improvers through to intermediate, advanced students, and teachers.

Classes include introductory, intermediate, and a specialist session for visually impaired teenagers, as well as monthly intensive workshops, teacher training, mentoring, yoga retreats, Summer School weekends, and unique 'Soundwalk into Wellbeing' events.

The studio is committed to equity and inclusion, with accessibility features including live speech-to-text for Deaf students and classes co-produced with visually impaired participants. All in-person sessions take place in a fully equipped studio with a mega rope wall and state-of-the-art AV system.
