JAB Boxing Club is a premium boxing and performance club in London, built around the spirit and community of the boxing gym. Currently operating from its boutique SW1 Victoria location — open seven days a week from 6am to 8:30pm — JAB offers expert-coached boxing and conditioning sessions inspired by a fighter's training programme.
A flagship EC1 Moorgate club spanning 20,000 sq ft, with an open performance gym, Nordic sauna and plunge pool recovery suites, and in-house health café Joey's, is opening Autumn 2026. Sessions are carefully programmed to support consistency and progression, with membership providing a full training system including a 1-1 consultation and ongoing coaching.
