Juicy Fitness is North Tyneside's first female-only functional gym, designed to be a safe, supportive space where all women can train with confidence. Founded by Zoe during her maternity leave, Juicy was born from the desire to create a training environment that truly understands the unique challenges faced by women and working mothers.

The gym offers group fitness classes, small-group and 1:1 personal training, prenatal and postnatal support, and a welcoming community ethos. Children are welcome at all classes, making fitness accessible without the need for childcare.

With qualified coaches, progressive programmes suited to all abilities and ages, and a holistic approach to health, Juicy empowers every woman to move, feel, and perform at her best.
