Kents Gym is Bradford's premier family-run fitness centre, established for over 30 years in Eccleshill. Spread across a spacious 25,000 sq ft of air-conditioned space, the gym offers a fully equipped weights room, 3 studios including Bradford's largest group exercise areas, a dedicated ladies area, and a spin room.

Membership includes a wide range of classes — from Body Conditioning, Spin, Yoga, Pilates and DanceFit to Karate and Aikido — with non-members also welcome to join classes for just £5. Friendly, experienced personal trainers are on hand for advice or dedicated PT sessions.

With low monthly fees and a welcoming atmosphere, Kent's Gym caters to all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
