KickFit Martial Arts was founded in 1991 by Ken Pankiewicz, opening its first school in Slough. Now comprising seven schools across Slough, Coley, Langley, Reading, Sandhurst, Wimbledon and Wokingham, KickFit offers karate programmes for all ages — from children aged 4 right through to adults.

With over 600 students currently training, the academy places a strong emphasis on student progression, personal development, fitness, confidence and self-defence, guiding members from beginner level all the way to Black Belt.
