Unity Fitness is a martial arts academy and fitness centre based at Farnham Park Playing Fields in Slough. Led by Mick James — the UK's only 2nd Dan Guided Chaos Instructor — the studio offers mixed circuit and group fitness classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings, as well as one-to-one personal training and a range of martial arts and self-defence disciplines.

The relaxed, community-focused environment makes it a great place to get fit, learn self-defence and socialise.
