Kore Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio based in Sherborne, Dorset, led by instructor Sarah. The studio offers weekly reformer Pilates classes at all levels — Mixed Level, Gentle, and Dynamic — as well as private 1:1 tuition and a monthly Classical Mat Club workshop.
