Poundbury Pilates is a fully equipped and dedicated Pilates studio set in a spacious, friendly and calm environment on Poundbury's Buttermarket Square, near Dorchester and Weymouth.

Led by experienced instructor and studio owner Ruth Cowell — qualified under the Pilates Foundation and recognised by the NHS Trust Association — the studio prides itself on offering some of the smallest class sizes in Dorset (maximum five in matwork, four in studio sessions) for maximum individual attention.

Classes include matwork, Reformer, studio Pilates (using Cadillac, Reformer and Wunda Chair), pregnancy Pilates, one-to-one private sessions, and private small groups (duets, trios and quads) for couples, friends or family.
