Krav Maga Elite offers practical self-defence and martial arts classes for all ages in Battlesbridge, Essex. Founded by Jon Bullock, the club teaches Krav Maga — a system developed in Israel — to children (from age 5), teens, and adults (16+). Classes focus on real-world self-defence skills, fitness, confidence, and mental agility, all within a welcoming, ego-free environment.
Programmes include Titans (5–6 yrs), Juniors (7–11 yrs), Teens (12–15 yrs), and Adults, with kickboxing and women's self-defence courses also available.
